Whatyou willdo:

Develop and execute the business strategy for our DSP ensuringalignment with the companys overall objectives.
Driverevenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunitieswithin the digital advertisinglandscape.
Foster strong relationships with publishers advertisers andtechnology partners to enhance our platforms capabilities andreach.
Lead and mentor the DSP team promoting a culture of highperformance continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee the management of our DSPs budget resources and operationsensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast ofindustry trends and advancements in DSP technology adapting ourstrategy to maintain competitive advantage.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including sales marketing productdevelopment and customer service to deliver a seamless andexceptional service to our clients.
Ensure compliancewith legal and regulatory requirements related to digitaladvertising.
Requirements Bachelors or masters degree in business Marketing or a relatedfield.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in digitaladvertising with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing aDemand SidePlatform.

Strongunderstanding of the programmatic ecosystem including RTB adexchanges SSPs and ad servingtechnologies.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that haveled to measurable growth.
Excellent leadership skillswith the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus onresults.
Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build and maintain relationships withkey stakeholders.
Adaptable and agile with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced andevolvingindustry.

Bachelor'sor master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital advertising, with atleast 3 years in a leadership role managing a Demand Side Platform.

Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB,ad exchanges, SSPs, and ad serving technologies. Proven ability todevelop and execute business strategies that have led to measurablegrowth. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspireand motivate teams.
