Role Description

This opportunity is for a full-time on-site position as a Bench Sales Recruiter at Nextgen Technologies Inc in Vadodara. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your main tasks will involve managing consultants on the bench, exploring new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and overseeing the complete sales process. You will collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint potential openings and ensure consultants are successfully placed with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all bench consultants through regular communication about their needs.
  • Foster strong connections with consultants in placement by regular communication and resolution of their issues.
  • Monitor submissions and follow up consistently with team members to ensure they meet their weekly & monthly objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of bench consultants and prepare updated reports for weekly assessments.
  • Keep tabs on consultants' roll-off times (at least 3-4 weeks before project completion) and prepare their updated resumes for marketing, ensuring they secure a job before project closure.
  • Generate new leads/requirements and nurture existing client partnerships for business development.
  • Engage with clients daily to spot staffing prospects to fulfill.
  • Participate in the entire recruitment process from acquisition to placement.
  • Cultivate and sustain solid relationships with current clients to drive repeat business and identify expansion avenues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in US Bench Sales marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bench sales or IT staffing, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Solid grasp of the IT staffing market and industry trends.
  • Skilled in establishing and nurturing client connections.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency with vendor management and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work environments.
  • Hands-on involvement in the complete US staffing bench sales cycle, including contract negotiations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks based on their importance.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the bench sales team to achieve weekly & monthly KPIs.
