Role Description
This is a full-time onsite position as a Bench Sales Recruiter at Nextgen Technologies Inc in Vadodara. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your responsibilities will include managing consultants on the bench, prospecting for new business, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the complete sales process. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensure successful consultant placements.



Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with bench consultants through regular communication about their needs.
- Foster good relationships with placed consultants by addressing and resolving their issues promptly.
- Monitor submissions and follow up with team members regularly to ensure they meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Update and manage the database of bench consultants, providing current reports for weekly evaluation.
- Track consultants' project end dates in advance to prepare and market their updated resumes, ensuring timely job offers.
- Generate new leads and requirements, as well as nurture existing client partnerships to boost business ties.
- Engage with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities and fulfill requirements.
- Participate in the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with current clients for repeat business and future growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in US Bench Sales marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in bench sales or IT staffing, particularly in the technology sector.
- Sound comprehension of the IT staffing market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Familiarity with vendor management systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Thorough experience in the complete US staffing bench sales cycle, including contract negotiations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize tasks based on their importance.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the bench sales team to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
