Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Manager (IT Staffing/Recruitment) in Vadodara location for Night Shift. The Bench Sales Manager should be comfortable working with US Shift(Night Shift). The candidate should have US Bench sales experience and must have managed bench sales teams. The candidate should have experience with US immigration and visa. He will be responsible for managing the bench sales process, including sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, building and maintaining relationships with consultants, and ensuring the timely placement of consultants on client projects. The Bench Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating rates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and providing ongoing support and guidance to consultants. We are extensively marketing our own H1-B, EAD, OPT/GC/H4 EAD, and CPT consultants who are on bench.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience in IT staffing and recruitment
  • Knowledge of the bench sales process and the IT industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Requirements

  • Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, thereby identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
  • Should coordinate with H1b, CPT, OPT candidates and placed them on IT clients based out USA.
  • Have experience in marketing (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen)
  • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc).
  • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, , Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc.
