Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site position for a Bench Sales Manager (IT Staffing/Recruitment) in Vadodara focused on Night Shift operations.
  • The ideal candidate should be familiar with US Shifts (Night Shift) and possess previous experience in US Bench sales, team management, as well as US immigration and visa procedures.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing bench sales processes, sourcing and hiring IT professionals, maintaining consultant relationships, and ensuring timely project assignments.
  • The role also involves rate negotiation, interview coordination, onboarding, and continuous consultant support.
  • We are actively promoting our H1-B, EAD, OPT/GC/H4 EAD, and CPT consultants on bench.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Experience in IT staffing and recruitment
  • Knowledge of bench sales procedures and the IT sector
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Requirements

  • Significant experience in marketing Bench Consultants, understanding candidate requirements, and aligning them with projects.
  • Coordination with H1b, CPT, OPT candidates for placements in US-based IT client projects.
  • Marketing experience with H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen placements.
  • Proficiency in US Recruitment Cycle and related terminologies.
  • Clear understanding of US Staffing processes and variations such as W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
  • Skilled in utilizing Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and Free Job Sites.
