Roles and Responsibilities
  • Establishing and achieving monthly sales objectives (B2B and B2C)
  • Enhancing the sales pipeline consistently, refining sales strategies, and meeting conversion goals
  • Proactively exploring new sales prospects through calls, networking, and scheduling meetings with potential clients, with a focus on B2B prospects
  • Representing the company in relevant networking occasions to generate sales leads
  • Delivering impactful presentations about our services to potential business clients
  • Collecting feedback from clients and prospects to incorporate into sales tactics
  • Presenting sales performance reports to the management team

Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a comparable role within the service sector
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Hands-on experience with popular CRM platforms
  • Graduate with an MBA/ Diploma from a renowned institution in sales and marketing
  • Passionate about nurturing potential and leadership development
