AGM - Channel Sales

Job Description:
- Sets both short-term and long-term channel sales strategies
Proactively drives a collaborative partner planning process to define mutual performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones for a successful partner relationship
Coordinates the creation of sales and marketing materials essential for channel partner success
Provides training to sales resources within the channel and joins client meetings when possible
Redirects leads generated within the channel to the appropriate sales representative within Maestro Realtek
Resolves potential channel conflicts with other sales channels
Assesses the effectiveness of partner programs and enhances them as needed
Examines market trends to develop sales strategies that enhance brand visibility
Evaluates partner sales performance and suggests enhancements
Educates partners on the product portfolio and available services
Handles partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing matters promptly
Oversees the sales pipeline, forecasts monthly sales, and identifies new business prospects
Establishes strong partnerships to cultivate business growth
Stays updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Education and Experience:
§ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from a renowned institution
§ Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the Real Estate sector, including experience leading teams of at least 5+ members
Leadership Competencies and Skills:
§ Strong interpersonal and customer-facing abilities, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, patience, and courtesy, particularly in challenging situations
§ Effective team player capable of working with minimal supervision
§ Excellent verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interact with customers and colleagues of varying seniority levels
§ Flexible and adaptable to the work environment of a rapidly expanding organization
