The Day-to-DayDemonstrate flexibility in working nights and weekends as required to support customer needs and meet service level agreements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using the company's products or services.
Monitor system health for connectivity, storage, system health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues based on monitoring data and analysis.
Present and advocate for new ideas or directions in support processes, tools, and monitoring strategies.

Addressing all escalated customer and infrastructure tickets, with ability to diagnose and close as per customer SLA.Prompt and responsible response time, ensuring excellent customer service and continued smooth internal operational workflows.

Submitting weekly, monthly reports as needed by management for KPI measurements.

Your BackgroundBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Systems Engineering.2+ in a technical support role.
Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, subnets, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Working knowledge of Project Management/Support Platforms such as Atlassian Suite, (Jira Service Desk, Jira, Confluence).Experience working with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus.

Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Oracle, including database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Experience with the Microsoft Suite:
Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel.
Experience with updating, tuning and authoring documentation.

Nice to have:
experience with container technologies such as Docker.

Nice to have:
experience with Linux OS.

Nice to have:
knowledge of scripting languages; Shell, Python.

Nice to have:
knowledge of Cloud; Azure, AWS, GCP
