Sales Manager

Job Description
- Manage Sales and Marketing functions for the Defence Segment.
- Achieve and exceed Sales Revenue and Margin targets.
- Explore new market opportunities in the Defence sector.
- Nurture leads until they are qualified for sales.
- Prepare Annual Sales Budget and MIS reports.
- Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Production to ensure project execution as scheduled.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 15 years of sales experience, preferably in Defence.
- Experience in Preparing and submitting Tender documents.
- Solid understanding of Techno-Commercial aspects.
- Familiarity with Mechanical drawings.
- Engage with Design, Quality, Production, Subcontractors, and third-party Inspection Agencies for project execution as per schedule.
- Strong negotiating skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 15 years of experience.
