  • Negotiate and close complex commercial deals with win-win outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and create accurate forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement performance initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of experience in B2B technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of complex technology sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Basic understanding of business processes in large conglomerates.
  • Experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A passion for technology and expertise in AIML solutions.
