Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to explain our services and various plans at TheraOn Wellness.
  • Build relationships, understand client needs, and present products/services effectively.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and keep track of progress using CRM systems.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum educational requirement.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in tele-calling or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tele-calling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
