About the Company:

Attero is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.

We are currently seeking to expand our operations by entering the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) segment for used appliances. This exciting new initiative will involve providing a convenient and eco-friendly solution for customers to responsibly dispose of their used appliances.


Position: Tele Sales Representative

Location: Noida

Experience: 4-5 yrs


Job Profile:

  • Vendor Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with vendors on the Vendor List, conducting daily calls to inquire about their stock position and sales cycle.
  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential vendors through cold calling to generate leads and expand the vendor network.
  • Price Movement Discussions: Engage vendors in discussions regarding price movements within their respective categories of metal-related scrap material.
  • Category Prioritization Coordination: Coordinate with the field team to prioritize categories of interest based on market demand and company objectives.
  • Vendor Capacity Monitoring: Keep detailed notes of vendor capacity and sales cycle to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management.


Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • proficiency in MS Office suite preferred.
  • Knowledge of the scrap metal industry or familiarity with metal-related scrap material and the informal sector is advantageous.
