POSITION**:
Service Coordinator

EXPERIENCE**:4 TO 5+ YEARSin Analytical Instruments Service

LOCATION**:
Navi Mumbai

REPORTING TO**:
BRANCH SERVICE MGR / Branch Mgr

QUALIFICATION**:
Graduate /Diploma

  • Having experience of min. 45 years in Analytical field
  • Experience in Service job profile
-
GeM procedure/ _Tender handling_

  • Service (AMC) Proposal & Spares Quotations.
  • Data entry in Service software

WORK PROFILE.

  • Support the Branch Service Head and Service Engineers in preparing AMC quotes/proposals, Service Proposal Forms, etc.
  • Receive Customer calls, requests, complaints and update in the records and escalate serious issues to the Dept. Head immediately.
  • Support Service Engineer for Installation jobs by ensuring that all Pre-Installation requirements and documents are complete.
  • Maintain good relationship with Customers and followup complaints and requests, thus ensuring that call has been attended completely.
  • Act as a bridge between Customer and Service Engineers, avoiding any communication gaps.
  • Followup with prospective Customers for AMC, consumables orders, etc.
  • Neatly maintain and store Service records for quick retrieval when required.
  • Actively participate in the Dept. Meetings and provide suggestions/inputs for improvement in the Dept. process.
