  • je regelt en volgt het transport op naar de klanten. Je maakt hierbij prijsberekeningen en verzorgt de nodige transportdocumenten:
  • je onderhandelt jaarlijks met de vaste transportpartners en streeft hierbij naar optimale voorwaarden;
  • je staat in voor het beheer van de aankoop van verpakkingsmateriaal en het stockbeheer ervan;
  • je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en rapporteert aan de Sales Manager.
Vereisten
  • je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma en kan alvast een eerste ervaring voorleggen in een administratieve functie;
  • Naast het Nederlands, heb je een vlotte kennis van het Engels en kan je je uitdrukken in het Frans;
  • je hebt een logisch denkvermogen en denkt probleemoplossend;
  • je werkt georganiseerd en administratief nauwkeurig;
  • je weet prioriteiten te stellen en denkt mee om processen te optimaliseren;
  • je werkt klantgericht en kan snel schakelen.
