Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts for Design Centre, Powertrain & XP Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to support various Ramp up activities Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Design and continuous improvement of onboarding programmes, which caters to the need of business for quick alignment of new joiners and the organization Assist in employee retention and development Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Talent Management & Leadership Development

Create and execute learning strategies and programs Organize training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are and how the programmes will enhance business deliveries Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching Plan and organize training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance as per corporate guidelines for Design Centre, XP & Powertrain Support organization's wide leadership development initiatives and various programmes such as RISE, LEAP, LEAD etc Partner with central HR team on development and implementation of HR Systems

Employee Engagement

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Nurture a positive working environment Plan and organize various employee engagement initiatives Cultural drives, activities through various internal committees, sports, etc

HR Business Process

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and pertaining to Design Centre functioning Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics as per corporate guidelines Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws. Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management. Coordinate reward and recognition programmes as per guideline.

Administration

Ensure the smooth functioning of canteen and transport system (Cab) for Design Centre Ensure and Manage office supplies stock and place orders for Design Centre such as Uniforms, SIM Cards, Supervise housekeeping services; coordinate for repair and maintenance of building. Ensure smooth functioning of wellness centre and Coordination for customer visits

Compensation and Performance Specialist

Develop and Manage Compensation Plans:

Design and update salary structures and pay scales. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation. Manage variable pay programs (bonuses, incentives).

Salary Administration:

Oversee annual salary review processes. Perform internal equity analyses. Handle salary adjustments, promotions, merit increases.

Equity and Benefits:

Administer equity compensation (stock options, RSUs). Collaborate on benefits packages. Provide compensation guidance to managers/employees.

Performance Management Systems:

Design and maintain performance management tools. Develop evaluation forms and processes. Align performance systems with organizational goals.

Performance Reviews and Goal Setting:

Coordinate performance review cycles. Assist in setting SMART goals. Train managers/employees on performance reviews.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with compensation/performance regulations. Stay updated on best practices and trends.

Continuous Improvement:

Assess and improve processes. Implement new tools for efficiency.
