Corporate Sales Executive (Operations Cluster)

Job Overview:

The specific job responsibilities include the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Connect with HR Heads, Learning and Development team, Corporate training teams to promote our Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Cholesterol Reversal and Health Transformation Programme.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate corporate leads.
  • Identify potential corporate clients and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Establish relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in target companies.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our programme.
  • Coordinate for orientation and group sessions or online sessions with clients.
  • Conduct group sessions or online sessions for clients as required.

Set of Skills required:

  • Experience in corporate sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Qualification:
Post-graduate

Experience: 4-5 years in relevant position

Languages:
English (must), Marathi, Hindi etc.

Communication:
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is required.
