Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis and offer solutions that align with customer requirements
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and propose customized service plans
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and leads
- Achieve service sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and sales activity reports
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay uptodate on industry trends
- Stay aligned to Lutron's culture and value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with minimum 60% score (preferably science)
- Selling skills (in a virtual environment)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Preferred experience of service sales/inside sales
- Fluency in Microsoft Office
- Worked in past on any CRM tool (SFDC would be a plus)
