Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis and offer solutions that align with customer requirements
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and propose customized service plans
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and leads
  • Achieve service sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and sales activity reports
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay uptodate on industry trends
  • Stay aligned to Lutron's culture and value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with minimum 60% score (preferably science)
  • Selling skills (in a virtual environment)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Preferred experience of service sales/inside sales
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Worked in past on any CRM tool (SFDC would be a plus)
