Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist and Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have a background in startup environments and SaaS firms, focusing on talent acquisition and general HR responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing top-notch HR policies and procedures to attract premier talent
  • Establishing a transparent performance management process encompassing goal-setting, feedback, and reviews
  • Addressing employee queries and resolving HR-related issues satisfactorily
  • Scheduling employee training and development initiatives
  • Managing employee benefits and leave programs
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and maintaining employee records
  • Designing and executing recruitment strategies with partners to draw top talent for various roles
  • Working closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and craft detailed job descriptions
  • Utilizing diverse channels for candidate sourcing like job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinating the interview process, scheduling interviews, and providing prompt feedback to candidates
  • Overseeing the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and managing onboarding
  • Serving as a candidate touchpoint throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Supporting HR endeavors related to employee engagement, performance management, and culture development
  • Maintaining accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated HR experience, preferably in startup and SaaS companies
  • Participation in developing appealing HR policies
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to lead team building efforts
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Effective prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
  • Proficiency in HRIS, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems

Education and Experience:


Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Over 15 years of HR experience covering various aspects of the field.
