#Sr HR Executive#Senior HR Generalist#HRBPRequirement: 3+ years ExpKey Responsibilities :

Business Partnership:
Work closely with business leaders to influence and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans.
Understand each department's annual goals and the skills it requires to achieve them.

Employee Relations:
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

HR Strategy Implementation:
Assist in the development and integration of human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Performance Management:
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Assist in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

People Connect:
Entry to exit management for employees in the span.
Regular Skip & One on one connects with the employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist, specialist, or business partner role.

Strong understanding of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
