Job Description:


As an Inside Sales Representative for the Creative Work vertical at EIZO, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the creative work industry.

You will work to identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and close sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry/market and excellent communication skills.
He/She should be on field whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads within the creative work industry through research and networking.
Contact potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to introduce EIZO products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Researching and generating new leads
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products.

Understanding customer needs and requirements and explaining product features and benefits.

Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.

Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.

Continuously collaborate with the wider sales & marketing team to support the development of value propositions, bridging the gap between customer and delivery, ensuring that the delivery team have the information required for timely deliveries.

Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue.
Closing sales and achieving sales target.
Skills Required
Business level language skills and cultural understanding of allocated market segment, able to converse confidently.
Works well under pressure, able to make good judgements, decisions and meet conflicting deadlines.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of sales, business plans, and business development strategies. High level of communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the creative work or technology industry.
