  • Designation: Regional Sales Manager
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Experience: Total 15-20 years of experience with a minimum of 10-12 years of people management responsibility and relevant industry experience.
  • EDUCATION: BE, MBA.
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Prepare the business plan and strategy structure for the respective business.
    • Overall responsible for the business line revenue and GC.
    • Sales structure, sales enablement for the team.
    • Work with - Demand Gen, Marketing, case studies for each of the offering.
    • Manage and enable all other principal relationships across the country.
    • Enhance Sonata's positioning with Principals. Garner preferred partner status.
    • Regional principal alignment & account planning within our region.
    • Business planning and governance with Principals.
    • Help Regional sales team in closing deals.
    • Reduction in cost of sales, better commercial terms from Principals.
    • Creation and management of the funnel.
    • Competition tracking & monitoring.
    • Be the exec sponsor for a minimum of 10 customers.
