Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.


•Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in medical device sales.


•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.


•Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.


•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


•In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical device regulatory environment.
