Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads for new
business


development·Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.·Identifying right clients across the industry.·Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.·Achieving revenue targets.

·Preparing client contracts·We are looking to hire a dynamic, open-minded, self-starter who enjoys Business Leadership roles·You will be responsible for

attracting, developing, and closing new business

relationships.·Your primary goal will always be to

identify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships

with new clients.·You


must possess an exceptionally vast network , saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to achieve company objectives.


Knowledge, skills and attributes:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and organized team player who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Management / Marketing Graduate / Architect

Experience required:

  • Individual Contributor : 5-7years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-4 years' experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm catering to commercial premises
