Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in the outsourcing sector. The perfect candidate will have a proven history in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a profound knowledge of outsourcing services. The Business Development Manager will be in charge of spotting new business chances, fostering client relationships, and enhancing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outsourcing sector.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
    • Conduct market research to grasp industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and uphold strong, enduring relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to comprehend their needs and offer customized solutions.
    • Ensure client contentment by promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft effective marketing campaigns and materials.
    • Engage in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and showcase Entigrity's services.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Lead contract discussions with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
    • Ensure all contracts align with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and HR to ensure seamless project delivery and client contentment.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on business development progress, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, focusing on outsourcing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and boosting revenue.
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing services and industry trends.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
