CRM(customerrelationshipmanager):
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases to track interactions and preferences
