  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to existing customers.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases to track interactions and preferences

From ₹23,000.00 per month
