Telesales Executive for Website Development Company

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our website development company.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our website development services to drive sales growth.

Your primary focus will be on outbound sales calls, where you will communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch our services to convert them into clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, online research, and networking.

Make outbound calls to prospects and engage in effective conversations to understand their website development needs and pain points.


Explain the benefits and features of our website development services and tailor the pitch to address the specific requirements of each prospect.


Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, lead status, and sales opportunities, using CRM software.


Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall company growth.


Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to website development to effectively position our services in the market.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telesales executive or a similar sales role, preferably in the website development industry.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities to effectively close sales deals.

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to prioritize tasks and achieve sales objectives.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor sales performance.

Knowledge of website development, digital marketing, and related technologies is a plus.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-oriented attitude.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹8, ₹29,195.88 per month
