Salesforce Test Manager

Position Overview:
We at HBK are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Test Manager to lead our testing efforts for the Salesforce platform.
This role entails planning, designing, and executing test plans, collaborating closely with our Scrum master, Product owner, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies and plans for the continuous development of Salesforce.
Define test objectives, scope, resources, and schedule for testing activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for testing.
Test Execution:
Lead and manage the execution of functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
Ensure thorough test coverage and traceability of requirements to test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Collaboration & Communication:
Manage the relationship with our business testers, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate and prioritize testing activities across multiple stakeholders and business areas.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
Communicate test results, issues, and risks to stakeholders effectively.
Facilitate defect triage and resolution meetings.
Automation and Tools:
Implement and manage test automation frameworks and tools.
Promote and integrate automated testing into the overall test strategy.
Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with established quality standards and best practices.
Monitor and report on test metrics and key performance indicators.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
Professional Qualifications:
To be qualified for the position, we expect you to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Total 5+ years of experience and, 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce.Proven experience in leading and managing a testing team.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Proficiency in test management tools (we use Azure Dev Ops).
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, UFT) is a plus.
