We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic 
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, 
extensive hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, and deep knowledge of Git and 
Salesforce DX (SFDX). As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, 
developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet 
the unique needs of our business. 
Key Responsibilities:  
 
∙Design & Development:  Develop custom Salesforce applications, features, and 
enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce 
technologies. 
∙Experience Cloud:  Utilize hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud to 
create, configure, and maintain community portals and digital experiences. 
∙Integration:  Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, 
web services, and middleware. 
∙Customization:  Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service 
Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to fit business requirements. 
∙Code Management:  Utilize Git for version control and SFDX for Salesforce 
development lifecycle management, ensuring code quality and consistency. 
∙Collaboration:  Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other 
developers to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce 
solutions. 
∙Testing & Deployment:  Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user 
acceptance testing (UAT). Deploy solutions using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines. 
∙Documentation:  Maintain clear and concise documentation of developed solutions 
and processes. 
∙Support:  Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, 
addressing any issues and optimizing performance. 
 
Qualifications:  
 
∙Experience:  Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 
∙Experience Cloud:  Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud 
(Community Cloud). 
∙Technical Skills:  
oStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), 
and other Salesforce technologies. 
oDeep knowledge and practical experience with Git for version control. 
oExtensive experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) for development and 
deployment. 
∙Certifications:  Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform 
 
 
 
Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, or equivalent are 
highly desirable. 
∙Tools & Technologies:  
oFamiliarity with tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and other development 
tools. 
oKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development 
frameworks is a plus. 
∙Soft Skills:  
oExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 
oStrong communication and collaboration skills. 
oAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects 
simultaneously
