Role and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: Total 10yrs experience with 5+Years Only Experience as a Salesforce QA , you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform manual/automated testing of Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and

Communities.

● Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of

Salesforce features.

● Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify system functionality and performance.

● Design and implement automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.

● Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure

that test cases align with business needs.

● Participate in the sprint planning and review of user stories, functional specifications, and technical

documentation.

● Identify and document defects, issues, and work closely with developers to resolve issues

● Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.

● Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not impact existing

functionality.

● Continuously improve and expand test coverage through exploratory testing.

● Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce applications and related technologies.

● Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce testing.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

● A minimum of 5 years of experience with test automation tools such as Salesforce and Apex Test Runner.

● Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communities.

● Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

● Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

● Experience with defect tracking tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

● Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or ISTQB certifications are a plus.
