Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA (Quality Assurance) professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Salesforce QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications and integrations through meticulous testing and validation processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our Salesforce ecosystem, contributing to our overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


1.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.

2.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Salesforce configurations and custom developments.

3.Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

4.Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools.

5.Conduct automated testing where applicable, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

6.Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements.

7.Provide timely and accurate status reports on testing progress and issues to project teams and management.

8.Participate in release management and deployment activities, including validation of deployments and post-release testing.

9.Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency.


Requirements:


1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2.Proven work experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or similar role, with 5 to 8 years of experience.

3.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

4.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.

5.Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

6.Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Salesforce DX, or similar.

7.Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

8.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

9.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • 10.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
