As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful implementation of Salesforce projects.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, along with expertise in Salesforce platform implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project communication and stakeholder engagement, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing activities to validate system functionality and ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies, and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Project Manager are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and other Salesforce products and integrations is desirable.
