The Role
Client Services plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction for all Addepar clients. Support Analysts are key in assisting sophisticated investors in utilizing Addepar for their businesses effectively. They engage with a diverse client base, providing day-to-day software support and maximizing client value.

What You'll Do
- Address and resolve client issues and inquiries promptly
- Provide hands-on assistance to clients for ongoing satisfaction
- Analyze complex data sets to resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with different teams to manage and resolve client issues
- Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams
- Work closely with Product and Account Manager teams for client satisfaction
- Guide clients in maximizing their use of Addepar
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously with efficiency
- Become a product expert
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficient in math
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
- Interest in technology and finance
- 1+ years of client-facing experience
- [Plus] Previous experience in investment management
