We are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at NCS. If you are committed to exceeding expectations, strive for excellence, and are passionate about uniting people and technology like never before, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in supporting IAM solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity IQ, One Identity Safeguard, and Silver Fort.
  • Manage and troubleshoot custom integrations with various applications, systems, and directories using APIs and connectors provided by SailPoint and One Identity.
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization and communication across different platforms.
  • Enforce security best practices and regulatory compliance within the IAM solutions.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration specifics.
  • Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, and reports to align with business needs.
  • Promote problem management best practices, lead root cause resolution, and prevent future incidents.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in core IDAM technologies like SailPoint, Safeguard, and Silver Fort.
  • Experience in IT Operations support roles adhering to ITIL practices.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining SailPoint workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver / Approvals).
  • Collaboration with leadership and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional listening and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Background in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
