We are currently looking for a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our diverse team here at NCS. If you have a commitment to excellence, a drive to surpass expectations, and a desire to foster synergy between people and technology like never before, we are eager to connect with you.

What we aim to achieve together:
  • Active involvement in supporting IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ, One Identity Safeguard, and Silver Fort.
  • Managing and resolving custom integrations with different applications, systems, and directories through APIs and connectors from SailPoint and One Identity.
  • Ensuring seamless data synchronization and communication across various platforms.
  • Upholding security best practices and compliance with relevant regulations within IAM solutions.
  • Developing detailed technical documentation encompassing design specifications, configurations, and integration specifics.
  • Customizing workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, and reports to align with business needs.
  • Advocating for problem management best practices, promoting root cause analysis, and minimizing future incidents.
Job Criteria:
  • Proficiency in core IDAM technologies like SailPoint, Safeguard, and Silver Fort.
  • Experience in IT Operations support roles following ITIL standards.
  • Competence in maintaining SailPoint workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Approvals).
  • Collaboration with leadership and engineers.
  • Exceptional analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in team-oriented and collaborative work environments.
