1. Store Performance
Work closely with the Superior and Management for streamlining sales processes/strategies and enhancing visibility of pipeline management.
Set standards and objectives for different stores.
Verify and ensure that processes, policies and SOP are followed accordingly in the stores.
Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency. Allocate daily tasks to all the staff according to the Monthly Genering Plan.
Prepare work and visit schedule for a month. Identify and solve gaps/issues within the stores. Visit the stores to evaluate the workflow.
the issues/escalations if any. Ensure visual merchandising guideline is followed on a daily basis.
Check visual merchandising plans are executed as per specific guidelines. Ensure implementation of promotional plans and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for
the area of work.
Ensure and monitor the stock availability in the stores. Coordinate with Distribution Centre regarding stock availability.
Evaluate sites for opening new stores for the purpose of business development in new regions.
Constantly review KPI to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to achieve operational goals.

2. Data Analytics & Reports
Driving sales strategies to achieve set sales target.
Set Daily, weekly and Monthly targets for each point of sale based on the budget.
Monitor and analyze sales considering daily/monthly target. Identify and map store wise sales performance.
Handle MIS across all PAN India stores. Develop and streamline necessary reports/MIS, providing the ability to surface sales-critical KPIs, SKU.
Convert data into insights including implications and recommendations that are specific and actinable for the operations.
Execute the established internal control systems and compile relevant data for store audits, as necessary.

3. Sales Development
Ensure the expansion of sales and brand visibility.

Collaborate with staff regarding sales targets at regular intervals. Monitor sales across stores to check that target are met.
Review team on months regarding sales objectives.
Design and execute sales improvement plan. Identify training needs and ensure effectiveness.
Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.

4. Customer Retention
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
Improve existing levels of service and create standards that deliver a quality customer experience every time.
Manage standards and feedback accordingly.
Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure products and support is available to the stores on time and customer experience is not affected.

5. People Development
Give training to the store staff on customer service, work procedures as per the SOP.
Analyze store performance against targets. Prepare KPIs & monitor them for each individual sale.
Motivate and retain manpower by rewards and incentives.
Support the staff to enable accountability for delivering good customer service.
Identify the training needs to store staff.
Arrange training and engagement sessions for store staff based on motivation and team building techniques.
Motivate and inspire the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI's.
