Job role:
  • You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets across various product segments: FCL (Full Container Load) sales, LCL consolidation, Air freight, Breakbulk and project cargo. Preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
We are looking for individuals with:
  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of FCL, LCL, air freight, breakbulk, and project cargo.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • Experience inField Sales, Business Development, and key account management.
  • Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, logistics and supply chains.
  • Ability to frame Sales Plan.
  • Proven sales success at teams & organizations you've worked at.
  • Background, predominately in business development.
  • Experience working within a high-growth multi-cultural environment.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word etc.)
