Location:
Jayanagar, Bangalore


The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Southern region of India.

This role involves strategic planning, business development, and achieving sales targets to support the overall business objectives of XPPen India.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
Work closely with management on setting sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Business Development:
Identify and establish relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
Expand the customer base by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns tailored for the Southern market.

Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Represent XPPen at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the region.
Requisite
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bike with a valid driving licence, as travel to client locations might be required for this role.

Fluency in English and in one or more local languages of the Southern region (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
