Event Execution Strategist

Location:
Gurugram (Work from office)

Schedule: 6+ days a week, Sundays off

CTC range:
INR - 8 LPA

Position Summary:

- event evaluations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative event concepts and themes that align with the client's vision.
  • Plan and manage all logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, decor, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Create detailed event timelines, ensuring all tasks are executed according to schedule.
  • Track expenses and manage the budget throughout the planning process, ensuring cost
- effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.

Onsite Event Management:
Oversee all event-related activities on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution and problem-solving as needed.

  • Coordinate with event staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure seamless event setup and execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key vendors for future event planning.
  • Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may occur during the event.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and gather feedback from clients and attendees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of active experience as an Event Planner, demonstrating a successful track record of planning and executing diverse events.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong vendor relationships.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for bringing unique event concepts to life.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by event schedules.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
