5 days/week in the office

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative, or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies.

(Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on copywriting, creative strategy, and digital content strategy, with the ability to develop integrated strategies across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives and driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

  • Creative Strategy: Develop innovative and effective creative strategies aligning with client objectives and resonating with target audiences.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand voice.
  • Digital Content Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive digital content strategies leveraging SEO, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Integrated Strategy Development: Execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple media channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand vision, goals, and target audience, translating these into effective marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to inform strategy development and stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.

Professional Skills:

Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role within an advertising agency.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Strong copywriting, storytelling skills. Proficient in developing creative strategies, content plans, digital marketing tools, and techniques. Strategic and creative thinking abilities, excellent communication, presentation skills, and project management capabilities.

Preferred:

Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and a portfolio showcasing successful brand strategies and creative work.
