Role Specifics -
The role will be designated as **Process Lead

1. Strategize, create & manage all kinds of Ad & Marketing Campaigns**- Position CashKaro as India's go-to platform for online shopping and saving

  • Conceptualise brand & performance campaigns to boost CashKaro's brand awareness, acquisition and retention across all social platforms
  • Work with Retention/Design & Video team to create highly appealing and functional static performance assets
  • Work with Video team to create stellar motion & footage based assets for performance marketing, branding and employer branding
  • Work with Retention team to pitch ideas that will cater to higher conversions and hence higher retention of users
  • Be part of brainstorming sessions with campaign and strategy team, maintaining ROI driven actionable creative thinking to develop innovative initiatives
  • Manage PR for the company & co founder and coordinate with the PR agency

2. Implement Content Strategy with Marketing Thinking

  • Conceptualise, oversee, and manage the overall communication requirements across the company basis marketing objectives. From initial pitch to post, steer the thinking for the brand through online & offline platforms
  • Identify the role of social media strategies in the context of paid, earned, owned media
  • Brainstorming and working on campaign amplification ideas including and not limited to influencer strategy, engagement ideas, UGC, thumbstoppers, and more

3. Innovation

  • Help the brand evolve in its visual identity over the years, keeping in mind the mission & vision of the company. Constantly bring new ideas to the table that will help achieve brand & performance objectives. Bring new ways and formats of videos that will put CashKaro on a pedestal of great content on YouTube amongst the Indian audience

1. Education - Graduate / Post-Graduate in relevant discipline
2. Experience - 3 to 6 years relevant
3. Have a deep understanding of digital & offline assets

  • You love entertainment and consume content to stay up to date with the trends.
  • Very high awareness of popculture both on and off digital, and also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist
  • Have a strong understanding of the entertainment & ecommerce industry, content creator landscape and functioning of Digital Platforms, Ecommerce platforms and Social media
  • Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content

4. Have an immense understanding of Digital platforms its algorithm

  • Should have an understanding of marketing, social and media analytics to shape & optimize content based on performance and learnings
  • Must know how to proactively identify partnerships and vendors for social media development
  • Assist in establishing social media benchmarks for campaign reporting

5. Be able to conceptualise, develop & implement creative ideas

  • Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand
  • Should be adept at creative writing/ copywriting / and content strategy
  • Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability and marketing knowledge are required
  • Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of all the stages of video content development (Concept development, production, Influencer concept finalization, shoot, postproduction)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to spot grammatical errors, typos, and recommend copy changes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create something great and function independently if needed
  • Experience in working with creative teams and the ability to provide concise, clear, and actionable feedba
