Brand Strategist

Working Days: 5 days/week in the office

Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies.

( Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on copywriting, creative strategy, and digital content strategy, with the ability to develop integrated strategies across various platforms.

This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency environment who is passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives and driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

Creative Strategy :
Develop innovative and effective creative strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Copywriting :

Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.


Digital Content Strategy :

Create and implement comprehensive digital content strategies that leverage SEO, social media, and other digital marketing techniques to enhance brand presence and engagement.


Integrated Strategy Development :

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that encompass a variety of media channels, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.


Client Collaboration :

Work closely with clients to understand their brand vision, goals, and target audience, and translate this into effective marketing strategies.


Market Research :
Conduct thorough market research to inform strategy development and stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Performance Analysis :
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Professional Skills:
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in developing creative strategies and content plans.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media marketing, and content management systems.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :
Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and a portfolio showcasing successful brand strategies and creative work.
