Responsibilities:

  • Will ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations
  • Support in handling appointment desk / calendar, Maintaining contact directory.
  • Assisting in Guest Hospitality
  • Assist in all Internal & external liaison, coordinating all necessary office as well as business transactions on behalf of the director
  • Manage data / department filing / document management
  • Handle work scheduling, scrutinizing of documents / papers
  • Organize and prepare for conferences / meetings (briefing material, venue & travel arrangements, presentations, participants & delegates profile etc.)
  • Assist in travel management (domestic & international) and Tour arrangements
  • Coordinate with accounts for vouchers/ payments
  • Managing the reminders
  • Managing credit card payments, track and preparation of monthly statements and ensure payment to the card a/c
  • Coordination/ followup with Departments/ Units for timely execution of tasks.
  • Any other assignments given from time to time.
