Our Italian client designs, develops and manufactures off-road concrete batching vehicles and dumpers for the construction industry, providing the most effective solution for any customer in making and transporting concrete on-site with a great flexibility, minimizing energy costs and reducing environmental impact.


With one of their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Irungattukottai, they are on the look out for the following professionals, as a part of their expansion plan.


  • Answering phones and directing them to the correct person or department.
  • Greeting guests and clients in a professional yet polite manner.
  • Making appointments and keeping calendars for staff personnel.
  • Organizing and managing physical and electronic files.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties including invoicing and spending monitoring.
  • Making travel arrangements and lodgings for employees.
  • Assisting with meeting and event planning, including agenda creation and minute taking.
  • Performing general office chores like ordering supplies and keeping the office clean.
  • Maintaining the secrecy of sensitive information.

Secretary Requirements and Skills

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant or coordinator.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Work requires meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and operate effectively under duress.
  • When dealing with confidential material, exercise discretion and integrity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and situations.
