Work Schedule:

Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 9:30a.m. to 6:30pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second Saturday Holiday.

Pay
Pay Starts at Rs. 20,000 to 25,000 /-per month,

Qualification:

A master's or bachelor's degree.

(1-2) Years of relevant Experience.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Communication:

  • Draft and prepare official documents, letters, and reports.

Calendar Management:

  • Manage and update executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documentation.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped for scheduled events.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Correspondence:

  • Respond to routine inquiries and correspondence.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
