About the Role

  • Manage a highvolume book of business to support the renewal functions.
  • Generate renewal quotes and update quotes as needed to support the Customer Success Management team.
  • Work cross departmentally with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to develop strong internal relationships.
  • Creatively problem solve and drive process improvement to optimize the overall renewal processes.

About you:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in highvolume customer success or client services role.
  • A strong desire to work hard to make an impact, learn, and grow within a customer success organization.
  • Highly effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate across all levels with both customers, channel partners, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Capacity for empathy and a desire to help people.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer challenges while influencing outcomes.
  • Software/tech experience is a plus.
