About the Role
- Manage a highvolume book of business to support the renewal functions.
- Generate renewal quotes and update quotes as needed to support the Customer Success Management team.
- Work cross departmentally with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to develop strong internal relationships.
- Creatively problem solve and drive process improvement to optimize the overall renewal processes.
About you:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in highvolume customer success or client services role.
- A strong desire to work hard to make an impact, learn, and grow within a customer success organization.
- Highly effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate across all levels with both customers, channel partners, distributors, and internal teams.
- Capacity for empathy and a desire to help people.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer challenges while influencing outcomes.
- Software/tech experience is a plus.
