Our client is a prominent company specialized in cloud optimization, focusing mainly on the US market. They are driving innovation in the Cloud Ops and Fin Ops sector with cutting-edge technology and robust products.

Job Description

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide guidance & advice to a diverse range of customers, ensuring their successful implementation of client products and continuous enhancement of business value from Lucidity.
  • You will be responsible for retention, churn rate, and upsells.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Product Team, you'll contribute to strategic customer plans to identify areas where current customers can enhance their product utilization.
  • The Customer Success Manager will act as a link between cloud consultants and sales, integrating product knowledge and customer feedback.
  • Developing relationships with customer champions and ensuring they meet their internal KPIs.
  • Achieving and surpassing daily and weekly call targets to provide support for existing customers.
  • Identifying customer pain points and facilitating escalations by coordinating between Product Management, Support teams, and other cross-functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing role managing customer success.
  • Proficient in establishing relationships with customers.
  • Prior experience handling Enterprise customers.
  • Expertise in public cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, with an architect-level certification considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, along with exceptional customer relationship and communication abilities.
  • Capable of juggling multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be comfortable working in the US East time zone.
