Build a calendar for key interventions for focused NPIs in the regionExecute as per plan by proper communication down the line to the sales team (RSMs – ASM – TSM & FOS)Track and monitor the same through proper tracking mechanism and provide feedback on the gap areasCo-own the defined targets for the region along with the RSMDevelop Customer/consumer programs in coordination with brand team and execute the same in the regionRecord market insights in the region and suggest/recommend corrective actions to the HO team for better planning and executionThe incumbent will have to go on B2B meetings with the team and garner insights for corrective action in the region.

POSM sourcing & execution in the regionPlan/implement merchandising/visibility for the regionExtensively travel to various key markets within the regionsTo bridge between the HO (sales, TM & Marketing) and the region

People development:

Set clear objectives with each team member in coherence with set targets for that particular New product from top to bottom.

Review progress results, objectives and take corrective actions and highlight gaps wherever needed.

Skills and Competencies:
Collaborates with cross functional teams.

Weekly/Fortnightly/ Monthly project tracking and reporting and reviewing with senior stakeholdersAbility to influence non reporting relationships, RSM and ASMsUnderstanding of financials in the value chain – customer margins/distributor margins/budgeting capability etc.

  • Graduation: Any

Work Experience:
Must have: 5-8 years of experience of handling the Sales growth
