BTL Planning : Collaborate with CBO and NSM to develop BTL material requirements at the product and geographic levels.Content Creation : Liaise with Marketing and design teams to generate timely content for offline channels.Material Allocation and Tracking : Allocate, supply, and monitor the usage of BTL elements.Frontline Engagement : Engage with frontline teams and ASMs to assess store performance and demo unit usage.In-Store Branding : Support the sales team in executing store-level in-shop branding.Activation Calendar : Create and implement an activation calendar for the top 8 cities.Sales Promotion : Manage sales promotion activities, including sales drives, apartment-based activities, and participation in builder events.Vendor Management : Identify and collaborate with vendors for BTL execution and product sales.Sales Support : Provide sales teams with periodic reports on app usage and market performance.Competitive Analysis : Track competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.Scheme Efficacy : Analyze the effectiveness of various product schemes.
