JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordination with client and other team for work progress, ventilation units for RM house and Warehouse, Duct heater.

Reviewing and studying the Drawings (HVAC- Air Flow Diagram, Pressure Zoning, Area Classification, AHU Zoning, Duct layout. Mechanical and Piping P&ID, Pipe routing layout, Equipment Layout, Equipment GA, Pipe rack Structure. Clean room panels-Wall panels, Raisers, Ceiling Panels, Coordination layout for cutouts of HVAC, Light fixtures & Fire System), SOQ, BOQ& PO.

Review on TDS submittals and supporting Design team or Engineering /Architectural consultant.

Coordinating with Engineering /Architectural consultant for changes required as per site condition.

Estimation & Costing for project.

Planning and scheduling with Sequencing activities & work breakdown,

Coordinating the cross functioning department.

Raising purchase requisition through SAP/ ERP

Co-coordinating with the Design team for site changes as per site condition and changing accessories.

Highlighting the activity dependency and sequences of activities.

For special equipment's - Follow-up with the supplier internal schedule for respective equipment and track the QAP, FAT & Dispatch clearance.

Coordinating civil activities for site construction work.

Preparing/reviewing work method statement for work activities

Executing installation of Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, Ducting, Clean room panels, Pumps, Piping, Pipe rack, Tanks, PEB Structure and Equipments

Follow up for the work progress at site and Handling the contractor,

Coordinating and monitoring contractors for the site execution Work

Conducting the meetings to ensure the activities are executed under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, technical specification and work plan.

Conducting review meetings with stakeholder.

Maintaining the Daily progress report Weekly report.

Preparing monthly Cash follow require.

Checking of RA bills.

Maintaining check list for proper installation of Chillers, AHU, Pumps, Ducts, Duct Supports, Piping and Piping Supports.

Inspecting and Preparing the Snag list for all equipments, storage tanks, pipeline work, structural, Ducting work, and to ensure all are attended before testing,

Visual inspection for Line checking and welding checking reports to project lead engineer.

Testing of equipments, Pipeline, Duct line and storage tanks before commissioning and major involvement in commissioning

Maintaining the reports for Equipment alignment, Inspection test reports, commissioning report and hand over document.

To ensure safety at work site and maintain Accident free site.
