Hiring Manager

Job Purpose
Manage MSA administration of Energy IP costs(c. Rs6000cr. p.a.) and drive annual FCM negotiations for cost reduction. Drive dispute resolution and elimination of disputes over the longer term. Drive automation for efficiency and elimination of errors/oversights

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Plan & develop IP Billing and certification process

  • Create and manage a robust process for monthly IP Energy Billing validation by Circle custodians as per MSA Parameters of different IP vendors and MSA amendments (2700 invoices from 26 IPs with 119 MSA to be validated every month within the first 20 days
  • Ensure timely compilation, analysis and bill certification and dispute resolution process, reports to the management and circles on monthly and quarterly basis

Cost Management

  • Ensure monthly tracking of site shutdowns, changes in loading and RFAIs to deliver against OPEX Budget
  • Lead the analysis to support annual FCM negotiations with IPs

Interaction with Internal & External teams to Facilitate MSA Management

  • Actively interact with cross functional teams SCM, Finance, Planning, Projects & O&M, Bill certification managers in order to provide support in processing 100% IP billing on time.
  • Ensure that the monthly input required for energy Billing are updated by circle custodians timely & accurately.
  • Direct & control the process of Monthly reconciliation of IP billing by the circle billing managers and O&M team
  • Facilitate & support the Network & Finance on IP bill certification and CN/DN process by providing support to the circle team in terms of Technical back up data & details of disputes.
  • Dispute resolution with all IP Partners on monthly basis

Progressively Centralize the Order Management and Bill certification for all Circles

  • Integrate energy billing into the Galaxy platform
  • Conceptualize and develop other automation tools

Team Development

  • Train circle resources new to energy IP bill validation
  • Develop corporate resources

  • Indepth know how of various MSA parameters and experience in IP billing management

Must have technical / professional qualifications
B-Tech Electrical / Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering with 15+ years

with minimum 10 years' Experience in Telecom/IP MSA management.
